By accessing, browsing, or using the platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, along with any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, and any updates or modifications that may be made from time to time. These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and Kashmeeraa regarding your use of the platform and govern your rights, responsibilities, and limitations while using the services.

 

1. Eligibility

To use the Kashmeeraa platform, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an account, posting content, or using any features of the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform in any way. Accounts found to belong to users under the minimum age will be immediately suspended or terminated. Kashmeeraa reserves the right to verify your age or identity at any time, which may include requesting government-issued identification or other proof of age. Failure to provide accurate information or verification upon request may result in denial of access, account suspension, or termination. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally competent, meet the age requirement, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of Kashmeeraa.

 

2. Account Responsibility

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and account details. You agree to notify Kashmeeraa immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and Kashmeeraa is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to protect your account information. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person without prior written permission from Kashmeeraa.

 

3. Platform Access & Availability

Kashmeeraa strives to provide continuous access to the platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be temporarily or permanently suspended for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or security reasons. The platform may also be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Users acknowledge that Kashmeeraa is not liable for any interruptions, errors, or delays in access and usage.

 

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Kashmeeraa responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity on the platform.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.

Interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the platform.

Use the platform to harass, abuse, or threaten other users.

Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform for commercial purposes without permission. 

Kashmeeraa reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take action, including account suspension or termination, to protect users and the platform.

 

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on the platform. By posting content on Kashmeeraa, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, promote, and use your content solely for operating and improving the platform. You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions for any content you upload. Kashmeeraa does not claim ownership of your content, but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or other applicable rules.

 

6. Third-Party Services

Kashmeeraa may provide links, advertisements, or integrations with third-party platforms or services. These third parties are independent of Kashmeeraa and are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, or any damage or loss resulting from your use of such third-party services. Users are encouraged to review third-party terms and policies before using them.

 

7. Termination of Access

Kashmeeraa may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that could harm the platform, other users, or our reputation. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. Any licenses granted to Kashmeeraa to use your content will continue as described in the Content Ownership section.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kashmeeraa does not guarantee that the platform will meet your expectations, operate without interruption, or be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kashmeeraa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. You agree that your use of the platform is at your own risk, and any disputes or damages are limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

 

10. Changes to Terms

Kashmeeraa may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of Kashmeeraa after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about updates.
