Kashmeeraa (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all users across our Platform. Our services enable users to shop for high-quality products, request product samples, upload and share videos, and interact with other members of the community through likes, comments, shares, and follows. We strive to create a space where users can express themselves creatively, discover new products, and connect with others while maintaining mutual respect and safety. These Community Guidelines outline the rules, responsibilities, and standards for all users when using the Platform. They are designed to ensure that interactions remain safe, lawful, and enjoyable, and that content uploaded to the Platform meets minimum standards of appropriateness and legality. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Kashmeeraa Platform, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines. Users are responsible for ensuring that their behavior, content, and interactions with others adhere to these rules. Violations may lead to removal of specific content, temporary suspension of accounts, or permanent termination of access, depending on the severity or repeated nature of the violation. These Guidelines are intended to protect all members of our community, promote positive engagement, prevent harassment or abuse, safeguard intellectual property rights, and ensure that the Platform remains a trusted and enjoyable space for shopping, content sharing, and social interaction.

1 Who Can Participate
1.1. The Kashmeeraa Platform is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the Platform independently.
1.2. In limited circumstances, a parent or legal guardian with a valid Kashmeeraa account may participate on behalf of their minor child, including uploading content that features the child. By doing so, the parent or guardian confirms that they have full legal authority and consent to share the minor’s content.
1.3. All users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, including name, date of birth, email, and any other required details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.
1.4. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and ensuring that their account is used in accordance with Kashmeeraa’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Community

2. Respectful Conduct
All users are expected to interact with others on the Kashmeeraa Platform in a polite, respectful, and responsible manner. Any behavior that harms, threatens, or discriminates against other users is strictly prohibited.
Specifically, users must not:
2.1. Harass, bully, or threaten other users, including sending abusive messages, making repeated unwanted contact, or engaging in intimidating behavior.
2.2. Engage in hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or offensive conduct based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
2.3. Stalk, intimidate, or target individuals or groups, either online or offline, in a manner that causes fear, distress, or harm.
2.4. Post content intended to defame, humiliate, or embarrass others.
2.5. Attempt to circumvent safety features or reporting mechanisms on the Platform.
Violations of these rules may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of accounts, depending on the severity or repeated nature of the behavior. Kashmeeraa reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action to maintain a safe and positive environment for all users.

3. Prohibited Content
Kashmeeraa is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and enjoyable environment for all users. Content that violates these Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or regulations is strictly prohibited and will be removed. Examples include, but are not limited to:

3.1. Illegal Activities
Content that promotes, instructs, or depicts illegal acts, including theft, drug use, violence, or criminal behavior.
3.1.1. Selling, distributing, or facilitating the sale of illegal products or services.
3.1.2. Participation in activities that violate local, national, or international laws.

3.2. Harmful or Dangerous Content
3.2.1. Content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behaviors.
3.2.2. Material that threatens, bullies, harasses, or intimidates other users.
3.2.3. Posts that endanger the safety or wellbeing of users or the community.

3.3. Infringing Content
3.3.1. Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
3.3.2.Unauthorized use of music, videos, images, or other copyrighted material.
3.3.3. Uploading content owned by third parties without explicit permission or licensing rights.

3.4. Sexual Content and Nudity
3.4.1. Pornography or sexually explicit material is strictly prohibited.
3.4.2. Content featuring minors in any sexual context is strictly forbidden.
3.4.3. Content that is sexually suggestive, exploitative, or intended to solicit sexual activity is not allowed.

3.4. Spam and Misleading Information
3.4.1. Creation of fake accounts, impersonation, scams, or phishing attempts.
3.4.2. Sharing of misleading, deceptive, or false information, including fraudulent advertising.
3.4.3 Content intended to manipulate, deceive, or defraud other users or the Platform.

Kashmeeraa reserves the right to remove, restrict, or block access to any content that violates these rules, and may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations. Users are encouraged to report prohibited content to maintain a safe and trustworthy community.

4. Video Upload Guidelines
All videos uploaded to the Kashmeeraa Platform must comply with these Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring the content they upload is safe, lawful, and appropriate for the community.
4.1. Prohibited Content
4.1.1. Videos must not contain any prohibited content as outlined in Section 3, including illegal activities, harmful or dangerous behavior, sexual content, spam, or content infringing on intellectual property rights.
4.2. Consent from Featured Individuals
4.2.1. Users must obtain consent from all individuals appearing in their videos before uploading.
4.2.2. Content featuring others without their permission is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Minors in Videos
4.3.1. Videos including minors may only be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian who has full authority to share the content.
4.3.2. Users uploading videos with minors are solely responsible for obtaining parental or guardian consent and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and Kashmeeraa policies.
4.3.3. Kashmeeraa reserves the right to remove any videos involving minors if proper consent is not verified or if the content is deemed unsafe.
4.4. Accurate Captions, Hashtags, and Metadata
4.4.1. Video titles, captions, hashtags, and metadata must accurately represent the content of the video.
4.4.2. Misleading, false, or deceptive descriptions are prohibited and may result in content removal or account action.
4.5. Responsibility for Uploaded Content
4.5.1. Users are fully responsible for the content they upload and for ensuring that it complies with all laws, regulations, and Kashmeeraa policies.
4.5.2. Kashmeeraa does not verify consent or the accuracy of uploaded content and reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove videos that violate guidelines or pose risks to the community.

5. Shopping & Product Sample Requests
Kashmeeraa offers users the ability to purchase products and request sample items through the Platform. Users are expected to engage in these activities responsibly and honestly.
5.1. Accurate Information
• Users must provide complete and accurate shipping and billing information when making purchases or requesting product samples.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of orders or account suspension.
5.2. Genuine Product Sample Requests
• Requests for product samples must be authentic, reasonable, and intended for personal evaluation or use.
• Multiple or excessive requests that indicate misuse of the system are prohibited.
5.3. Prohibited Behavior
• Fraudulent claims, repeated abuse, or attempts to exploit product offerings may result in account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.
• Users must not attempt to manipulate promotions, discounts, or sample request systems in any way that violates Kashmeeraa policies.
5.4. Responsibility and Compliance
• Users are responsible for ensuring that all transactions and sample requests comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Kashmeeraa policies.
• Kashmeeraa reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the Platform and its services.

6. Social Interactions (Follow / Followed)
The Kashmeeraa Platform allows users to follow, like, comment, and share content, fostering a social and interactive community. Users are expected to engage responsibly, respectfully, and in accordance with the law.
Respectful Engagement
• All interactions with other users must be polite, professional, and respectful.
• Comments, likes, and shares should contribute positively to the community experience.
Prohibited Behavior
• Harassment, stalking, threats, or intimidation of other users is strictly prohibited.
• Unsolicited contact or persistent attempts to engage users who have not consented is not allowed.
• Any behavior that disrupts the community, causes distress, or violates laws will be subject to enforcement.
Enforcement and Accountability
• Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of accounts, depending on severity or repeated misconduct.
• Users are encouraged to report inappropriate or abusive behavior using the Platform’s reporting tools.
• Kashmeeraa reserves the right to investigate all reports and take necessary action to maintain a safe and positive environment.

7. Reporting Violations
Kashmeeraa is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community. Users play an important role in helping us uphold these standards by reporting content or accounts that may violate our Community Guidelines.
How to Report
• Users may report any content, videos, images, comments, or accounts they believe violate these guidelines or applicable laws.
• Reports can be submitted using the Platform’s built-in reporting tools or by contacting Kashmeeraa directly.
Review Process
•  All reports are reviewed by Kashmeeraa’s moderation team.
• Our team will assess whether the content or behavior breaches the Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or applicable laws.
Action Taken
• Kashmeeraa may remove or restrict access to content deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of policies.
• Accounts engaging in repeated or severe violations may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.
• Decisions are made at Kashmeeraa’s discretion to protect the safety, integrity, and well-being of the community.
User Responsibility
•  Users are encouraged to report violations responsibly and honestly.
• Submitting false reports or abusing the reporting system may itself result in moderation action.

8. Enforcement
Kashmeeraa is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful community. To achieve this, we reserve the right to take appropriate action against users who violate our Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or applicable laws.
Types of Enforcement Actions
Content Removal: Content, including videos, images, captions, or comments, that violates guidelines may be removed from the Platform.
Temporary Account Suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended for violations, giving users the opportunity to review and correct their behavior.
Permanent Account Termination: Users who engage in repeated or severe violations may have their accounts permanently banned.
Discretion and Consideration
• Enforcement actions are taken at Kashmeeraa’s sole discretion, taking into account the context, severity, and frequency of the violation.
• Minor or unintentional violations may result in warnings or temporary restrictions, whereas serious or repeated offenses may lead to permanent consequences.
Protection of the Community
• These enforcement measures are intended to protect all users, maintain the integrity of the Platform, and ensure a positive and safe experience for the Kashmeeraa community.
• Kashmeeraa may also cooperate with law enforcement or legal authorities when content or behavior violates applicable laws.

9. Legal Compliance
All users of the Kashmeeraa Platform are required to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the Platform, uploading content, or interacting with other users.

Obligation to Follow Laws
• Users must ensure that all activity on the Platform, including uploads, comments, messages, and transactions, adheres to legal requirements in their jurisdiction.
• Any content or behavior that violates laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.
Cooperation with Authorities
• Kashmeeraa may cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or other authorities in the investigation of illegal activity or compliance with legal requests.
• Users engaging in unlawful activity may have their accounts suspended, terminated, or reported to relevant authorities.
Compliance with Privacy and Data Protection Laws
• Content or activity that violates laws such as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other applicable privacy regulations may be removed immediately.
• Users are responsible for understanding and complying with these laws when posting content, especially when it involves personal data or minors.

10. Intellectual Property Respect
Kashmeeraa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they upload, share, or post does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Ownership and Permission
• Users must only upload content they own or for which they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions.
• This includes, but is not limited to, videos, images, music, text, and other media.
Prohibited Use of Third-Party Content
• Uploading content that violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of third-party content, including music, videos, images, or logos, may result in immediate removal of the content, or by reporting by owner.
Enforcement and Consequences
• Accounts that repeatedly or intentionally violate intellectual property rights may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned.
• Kashmeeraa may also respond to formal DMCA takedown notices or other legal requests to protect third-party rights.
User Responsibility
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have legal permission to use any third-party content included in their uploads.
• By using the Platform, users acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any infringement or violation arising from the content they share, upload on kashmeeraa.

11. Safety of Minors
Kashmeeraa is committed to protecting minors and ensuring that the Platform remains safe and lawful. The following rules apply to all content involving minors:
Minimum Age Requirement
• The Platform is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
• Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the Platform independently.
Parental or Guardian Consent
• If a minor appears in any content, the content may only be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian.
• The parent or guardian must have full legal authority and consent to share the content and allow the minor to appear on the Platform.
Strict Prohibition of Sexual Content
•  Any content depicting minors in sexual contexts is strictly forbidden.
• Such content will be immediately removed, and relevant authorities may be notified as required by law.
User Responsibility
• Parents or guardians uploading content involving minors are solely responsible for ensuring the content is appropriate, lawful, and compliant with all applicable laws and Kashmeeraa policies.
• Kashmeeraa does not verify parental consent and assumes no responsibility for confirming the authority of the person uploading the content.
• The Platform reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove any content involving minors that is unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or violates our policies.
Community Caution
• Users are encouraged to avoid sharing sensitive personal information about minors.
• By using the Platform, users acknowledge that they are responsible for compliance with these requirements, and that Kashmeeraa is not liable for content involving minors.

12. Changes to Community Guidelines
Kashmeeraa may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, Platform features, or community standards.
Periodic Updates
• Updates may include changes to permitted behavior, prohibited content, reporting procedures, or enforcement actions.
• Users are encouraged to review the guidelines regularly to stay informed about current rules and expectations.
Notification of Material Changes
• When significant changes occur, Kashmeeraa will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the Platform, such as via in-app notifications or email communication.
Acceptance of Updated Guidelines
• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance and agreement to comply with the revised guidelines.
• Users who do not agree with the updated guidelines should cease using the Platform and may contact Kashmeeraa if needed.
