Welcome to Kashmeeraa (the “Platform”), operated by Kashmeeraa LLC, a company established in the Louisville, Kentucky, United States. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Kashmeeraa LLC (“Kashmeeraa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Platform, including our related websites, mobile applications, products, features, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. Please note that certain features of the Services, such as uploading or sharing videos and other content (“User Content”), may be subject to age restrictions and may not be available to all users. This means that if your organization violates our Terms through one of its users, the organization will be held responsible.

These Terms of Use apply whenever you access, download, or use the Kashmeeraa app or website, its services, features, or content. They govern your interactions with the app and website, including creating an account, requesting or reviewing sample products, uploading videos, and engaging with other users. By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Kashmeeraa reserves the right to suspend, delete, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or the Community Guidelines, or if your actions pose a risk to the platform, other users, or Kashmeeraa’s operations. Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to, submitting false information, engaging in prohibited activities, uploading inappropriate or infringing content, or failing to comply with applicable laws. Upon suspension or termination, you may lose access to your account, content, and any associated features. Kashmeeraa is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from account suspension or termination, and any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination will remain enforceable. Uploading and Watching Content on Kashmeeraa.
Kashmeeraa is a creative and engaging platform where users can share their product experiences through short videos. To keep our community safe, respectful, and trustworthy, we ask all users to follow the guidelines below when uploading or viewing content.
Uploading Content.
When uploading content to Kashmeeraa, whether it's a product review video, unboxing, tutorial, or testimonial, you are required to follow these things.
•Upload Only What You Own or Have Permission to Use. All content you upload must be your original work or content you have full rights to use. This includes videos, images, music, and any other media. Do not upload content that belongs to someone else unless you have their permission.
•Respect Other’s Privacy. Do not include anyone in your videos without their clear consent. Never share private information like addresses, phone numbers, identification numbers, or financial details either your own or someone else's.
•Keep Content Appropriate for All Users. Do not upload content that contains nudity, sexual content, hate speech, threats, harassment, graphic violence, or anything promoting racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind. Kashmeeraa is a platform for everyone, and we are committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive space.
•Avoid Harmful, Dangerous, or Misleading Material. Content that encourages unsafe practices, self-harm, substance abuse, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Also, do not share false claims, misleading information, or fake product endorsements.
•Be Honest in Your Reviews. When posting product reviews, your feedback should be truthful and reflect your actual experience.
•We do not allow fake reviews, review exchanges, or paid endorsements that are not clearly disclosed.
•Do Not Use Copyrighted Music Without Permission. If you include music in your videos, make sure you have full rights to use it. Kashmeeraa does not provide music library (licenses), and users are fully responsible for any copyright violations that may occur.
Comply with Our Community Guidelines.
Your content must follow our broader, platform policies at all times. Violations can result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans depending on the severity.
Watching and Engaging with Content.
As a viewer on Kashmeeraa, you play an important role in shaping our community experience. Here’s what we ask for you.
•Understand That Content is User-Generated.
The videos you see or uploaded by individual users and reflect their personal opinions and experiences, Kashmeeraa does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users.
•Engage Respectfully.
Be kind and respectful when commenting or interacting with others. Do not use abusive, rude, or harmful language, and avoid harassing or trolling creators or fellow users.
•Report Inappropriate Content.
If you see something that seems to violate these rules, such as offensive material, misleading claims, or dangerous behavior, please use the in-app reporting features to notify us.
•Do Not Misuse or Reuse Content.
You are not allowed to download and repost, or reuse other users’ content or products review video outside Kashmeeraa without their permission.
Respect the intellectual property rights of creators at all times.

Music Use Policy. (No Music Library)
Kashmeeraa allows creators to express themselves creatively, but we do not provide any music or audio library. Creators are fully responsible for any music they use in their videos, including obtaining all necessary rights or licenses.
Creators must only use.
•Music they own. (created and recorded themselves)
•Music they have licensed from third parties. (with proof of license)
•Public Domain or properly licensed Creative Commons music.
Creators may not.
•Use copyrighted commercial music without permission from the rights holder.
•Use music downloaded from other source.
•Attempt to disguise copyrighted songs by altering speed, pitch, or adding effects.
Responsibility & Liability.
Creators are legally responsible for ensuring they have all rights to music used in their content.
Kashmeeraa is not liable for any copyright infringement by creators.
Rights holders may pursue legal action directly against infringing creators.
Best Practice for Creators.
Use original music or royalty-free tracks from trusted sources.
Always keep proof of licenses.
Understand that unlicensed music may lead to removal if reported.
Media Copyright Policy.
At Kashmeeraa, we are deeply committed to protecting intellectual property rights, both for content creators on our platform and for rights holders outside of it. In order to build a trustworthy, legally safe, and respectful space for users and brands alike, we have a strict policy regarding the use of copyrighted material.
Use only what you own or are authorized to use.
All users must only upload content that they have personally created or have full legal rights to use. This includes, but is not limited to. Videos review, created by someone else (e.g., downloaded clips, screen recordings, or repurposed media) Photos or images, that you did not take yourself or that are taken from other websites or social media. Music, including background music, songs, or soundtracks that you do not own or do not have a proper license for. Voice recordings or sound effects created or owned by someone else. Even if content is available online, that does not make it free to use. Just because something is easy to copy does not mean it is legal to do so. Kashmeeraa is built around authentic, user-generated content, especially genuine product reviews, shopping experiences, and lifestyle insights. We strongly encourage you to create your own videos, use your own voice, and showcase your actual experience with the products. Originality and honesty are at the heart of our community.
Responsibility Lies with the User.
If you upload content that contains copyrighted material without proper rights or licenses whether intentionally or by mistake you are solely responsible for the consequences. Kashmeeraa does not monitor every upload and is not liable for content submitted by users. If a copyright owner contacts us to report a violation involving your content, we may remove the material immediately. If a copyright holder demands penalties, files a complaint, or takes legal action, Kashmeeraa will not be held responsible or cover any damages or legal fees on your behalf. In such cases, you, the uploader, will bear all responsibility, including financial penalties or settlement demands from the rights holder. We take these matters seriously to protect the integrity of the platform and its users. Repeat violations of our copyright policy may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Reporting Copyright Infringement.
If you are a rights holder and believe your content has been used on Kashmeeraa without your permission, you may submit a takedown request through our official copyright complaint process. Please include:

•A link to the infringing content.
•Proof of ownership.
•Your contact information.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and notifying the uploader. User-Generated Content.
At Kashmeeraa, we value the creativity and contributions of our users. Our platform is built on the foundation of User-Generated Content (UGC), which refers to any content videos, images, reviews, comments, and other forms of media that you, as a user, upload, share, or create on the platform. By contributing to Kashmeeraa, you help foster a vibrant community where product reviews, shopping experiences, and personal insights are shared and enjoyed by others.
Ownership of Your Content.
As a user, you retain ownership of the content you upload to Kashmeeraa. This includes products videos review, photos, and any other material you create and share on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and share any content you upload, and that it does not infringe upon the rights of others.
Content Guidelines.
While Kashmeeraa encourages authentic and diverse content, there are certain guidelines you must adhere to when uploading material. To maintain a positive and safe community, we ask that all user-generated content complies with our Community Guidelines and Copyright Policy.
Specifically, your content must be.
•Original and not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
•Be truthful and not misleading (e.g., reviews should reflect your honest experience with a product).
•Not contain any offensive, harmful, or discriminatory material (e.g., hate speech, violence, explicit content).
•Not promote dangerous behaviors or illegal activities.
•Not invade the privacy of others (e.g., sharing private information without consent).
Your Responsibility for Content.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload to Kashmeeraa. This means that you must ensure your content.
•Does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, and privacy rights.
•Is in line with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Copyright Policy.
•Does not negatively impact the experience of other users or disrupt the platform.
Kashmeeraa reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these policies, without prior notice. Repeated violations could lead to suspension or termination of your account.
Selling Products on Kashmeeraa.
Selling products on Kashmeeraa allows individuals, brands, and businesses to showcase their items to a wide community of shoppers in a safe and trusted environment. To ensure a positive experience for both buyers and sellers, all sellers must provide accurate information, list only genuine and legal products, and comply with Kashmeeraa’s policies and applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for setting fair prices, fulfilling orders on time, providing honest descriptions, and maintaining good customer service. Payments are processed according to Kashmeeraa’s schedule, and sellers must also honor refund and return policies where applicable. Kashmeeraa reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any listings that violate its guidelines to maintain trust and safety on the platform.
Seller’s Full Responsibility.
If you list or sell branded products without proper authorization and the brand owner or company files a complaint or legal action. Kashmeeraa will not be held responsible or involved in any resulting legal issues, investigations, or penalties. You, as the seller, will bear full legal, financial, and reputational responsibility for any claim, report, dispute, or action taken by the brand owner or any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your unauthorized listings.
Product Compliance.
•You are solely responsible for ensuring that all products and product information comply with applicable consumer protection laws, safety regulations, and local business requirements.
•False advertising, deceptive listings, or selling banned/restricted items is prohibited and may lead to permanent suspension.
•Kashmeeraa reserves the right to remove any product listings, withhold payouts, or suspend/terminate seller accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
•Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent ban from the Platform and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
Acknowledgment.
By listing products on Kashmeeraa, you confirm that.
•You understand and agree to follow this policy regarding branded product sales.
•You accept that all responsibility and liability for product legality and brand authorization lies solely with you as the seller.
Only Original Brands and Organic Products.
To maintain a trustworthy and authentic shopping experience, Kashmeeraa enforces strict guidelines regarding what can be sold on our platform. By listing products for sale, you agree to the following.
Only Your Own Brand is Allowed.
•You may only sell products that are part of your own original brand, created, manufactured, or owned by you.
•Reselling or listing products from other brands is strictly prohibited, unless you are officially authorized and can provide legal proof of authorization.
•Kashmeeraa aims to support small businesses, creators, and entrepreneurs, so we encourage sellers to showcase unique, self-owned products.
No Counterfeit or Mass-Repackaged Goods
•Selling counterfeit, fake, bulk-imported, or relabeled products under a fake identity is strictly forbidden.
•Kashmeeraa does not allow dropshipping from unauthorized sources or selling of factory-made goods disguised as personal or handmade brands.
Commitment to Quality.
•We encourage all sellers to focus on high-quality, original, and eco-friendly products that reflect your personal brand and values.
•Sellers who consistently follow these rules and build customer trust may be eligible for featured placement, seller rewards, and promotions on the platform.
Who Is Eligible to Sell on Kashmeeraa.
Individuals (All Residents)
You can sell online as an individual if you.
•Are at least 18 years old
•Have a valid government-issued ID (Photo ID Driver's license,)
•Have a Bank account for receiving payments.
•Have a Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) for tax reporting
Registered Businesses. (LLC, Corporation, or Sole Proprietorship)
Businesses can sell online if they.
•Are properly registered in their state.
•Have an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS.
•Have a business bank account and appropriate licenses/permits. (depending on products)
•Collect and remit sales tax, where applicable.
Restricted Groups.
You may not be eligible to sell on kashmeeraa in the U.S. If.
•You are under 18 years old (unless under a parent or guardian’s supervision)
•You are using fake or stolen identity information.
•You are selling prohibited, restricted, or illegal items.
•You are in a country sanctioned by the U.S. Government.
•You violate platform-specific rules (e.g., using bots, selling counterfeit goods)
Product Restrictions.
•Sellers must strictly follow Kashmeeraa’s Prohibited Products Policy (e.g. alcohol, tobacco, drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, adult content, and others).
•Any images or video content (reviews, unboxings, demos) featuring prohibited items are also disallowed.
Liability & Enforcement.
Sellers bear full responsibility for legal claims, fines, penalties, or regulatory actions arising from.
Listing prohibited items.
Misrepresenting product/region.
Shipping-item non-compliance.
Kashmeeraa is not liable for such issues and may terminate accounts without notice for violations.
Inventory & Fulfillment.
•Sellers must clearly state item origin and shipping location.
•Shipments to U.S. buyers should be handled via reliable international shipping providers with full tracking and customs forms.
•For high-value or restricted items, sellers must confirm compliance with destination country import laws and U.S. customs requirements.
Customs, Duties & Buyer Information.
•Sellers must declare accurate item value, description, material, and HS (Harmonized System) code on customs declarations.
•Buyers are responsible for paying customs duties or import taxes as required.
•Sellers must clearly state customs responsibilities in each listing to avoid order disputes or violations.
Seller Standards & Communication.
•Sellers must fulfill orders within designated timeframes, provide tracking, and respond to buyer inquiries promptly.
•Listings must include detailed product descriptions, shipping terms, return policies, and origin of goods.
•Misleading or inaccurate location info (e.g. claiming shipping from U.S. when not) may result in listing removal or account suspension.
Performance Monitoring.
•Kashmeeraa tracks seller performance metrics such as on-time shipping, returns rate, buyer complaints, and listing compliance.
•Low performance or policy violations may lead to warnings, payout holds, account restrictions, or removal.
Prohibited or Restricted Products for Sale and Review Content on Kashmeeraa.
To maintain a safe, legal, and trustworthy marketplace, Kashmeeraa strictly prohibits the sale of certain products and the creation of related video reviews or promotional content. This ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and protects the safety of our community. Attempting to sell, promote, or create content around these items may result in the removal of products, content, suspension, or permanent banning of accounts. Below is a detailed list of items not allowed to be sold or reviewed on Kashmeeraa.
Alcoholic Beverages.
•Includes beer, wine, liquor, spirits, and alcohol-infused products.
•Alcohol is regulated by federal and state laws and requires proper licensing, age verification, and distribution controls.
•You may not sell or create review content that promotes the consumption, sale, or brand of alcoholic products.
Tobacco and Vape Products.
•Includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vape pens, e-liquids, and smokeless tobacco.
•Subject to strict age restrictions and FDA regulations.
•Selling or featuring these items in videos, reviews, or promotions is not permitted.
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia.
•Includes illegal substances (e.g., marijuana, cocaine, heroin), even if legalized in some states.
•Also includes prescription medications (unless sold through licensed pharmacies), as well as paraphernalia like pipes, bongs, rolling papers, or grinders.
•You may not promote or review any controlled substances or related accessories.
Firearms, Ammunition, and Explosives.
•Includes guns, bullets, gun parts, tasers, stun guns, and military-grade weapons.
•Regulated under federal law and require special licenses.
•Prohibited from both sale and video content, including demonstrations, reviews, or unboxing.
Hazardous Materials.

Animals and Animal Products.
•Live animals, exotic pets, and certain animal products are restricted.

•No live animal sales or reviews of animal-based illegal products are allowed.

Lotteries, Gambling Products, and Sweepstakes.
•Includes physical lottery tickets, casino equipment, and unlicensed raffles.
•Online gambling is highly regulated and often restricted.
•Gambling-related product sales or promotional content is prohibited.
Certain Health and Beauty Products.
•Includes unapproved medical devices, weight-loss or detox products making false claims, and counterfeit cosmetics.
•Can pose safety risks and violate FDA regulations.
•You may not sell or review unsafe or unverified health products.

Important Notes for Sellers and Creators.
Even if a product is legal in your region, it may still be prohibited on Kashmeeraa if it violates federal laws, shipping rules, or platform safety standards. Promoting restricted products through product placement, giveaways, or influencer videos is also against our policies. Violations may lead to content removal, store suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to legal authorities, depending on the severity.
Liability and Enforcement Policy.
Sellers and content creators are solely responsible for ensuring that all products listed and content uploaded to the Kashmeeraa platform comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as with Kashmeeraa’s platform policies. If a user (Seller) knowingly or unknowingly lists a prohibited item or creates content involving a restricted product, the following will apply:
•The product listing or video will be immediately removed without prior notice.
•The user's account may be suspended or permanently banned.
•If the activity results in a legal claim, government investigation, fine, or penalty, Kashmeeraa will not be held liable in any way.
•All legal consequences, costs, fees, fines, or penalties imposed by any government agency, regulatory authority, brand owner, or court will be the full and sole responsibility of the seller or content creator who violated the policy. Kashmeeraa will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies where required by law, and reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities who cause harm to the platform through illegal or prohibited activities.
Your Responsibility.

Kashmeeraa Selling Fee Policy.
At Kashmeeraa, we aim to keep our platform affordable, transparent, and seller-friendly. Our fee structure is simple, we only charge a small commission when you make a sale, and there are no upfront costs or hidden listing fees. Below is a breakdown of how fees work for all Kashmeeraa sellers. Flat 8% Commission on Sales. Kashmeeraa charges a flat 8% commission on the total value of each completed order. This includes:
•The product price.
•Any shipping charges paid by the buyer.
•Any applicable taxes. (if included in the total price)
This fee is automatically deducted from your earnings at the time the order is processed and marked complete. You only pay this fee when your item sells if you don’t make a sale, you don’t pay anything. Example: If you sell a product for $50, Kashmeeraa will deduct $4 (8%), and your remaining balance will be $46 (minus any applicable withdrawal fee may apply).No Listing Fees. We believe in empowering our sellers to grow their business without barriers. That’s why Kashmeeraa does not charge any listing fees. You can upload unlimited products and videos to the platform at no cost. This allows you to showcase your full product catalog, experiment with different content strategies, and build your presence without worrying about upfront charges. Withdrawal Fees. (May Apply) When you request to withdraw your earnings from your Kashmeeraa seller balance to your personal or business bank account, a withdrawal fee may apply, depending on.
•The withdrawal method you select. (e.g., instant payout, standard bank transfer)
•The payout provider (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
•Your banking region or country.
While Kashmeeraa strives to offer free or low-cost withdrawal options, some payout methods may carry a small processing fee. Any fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your withdrawal.
Affiliate Marketing on Kashmeeraa.
These Affiliate Marketing Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Kashmeeraa Affiliate Program. By signing up or participating as an affiliate on the Kashmeeraa platform (“Platform”), you agree to abide by these Terms in addition to our (General Terms of Service) and (Community Guidelines). NOTE At present, creators do not receive monetary commission for sales made through their shared product links. Instead, we provide complimentary sample products to support authentic reviews and promotional content. However, we are actively working on introducing a commission-based earnings program, which will allow creators to earn financial rewards from sales in the near future. Once launched, full details of the commission structure and eligibility will be communicated to all creators.
Eligibility.

•Using spam tactics, fake clicks, or incentivized traffic to generate commissions.
•Promoting unauthorized or restricted products, including counterfeit or branded goods not allowed under Kashmeeraa’s product policy.
•Violating intellectual property rights, impersonating brands, or misleading customers.
Earnings and Payouts.
•You will earn a commission based on valid sales generated through your affiliate link, as outlined in the Kashmeeraa.
•Commissions are tracked and calculated by Kashmeeraa’s internal system and are subject to review and approval.
•Payments will be made on a regular schedule, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold and your account is in good standing.
Termination and Liability.

No Guarantee of Earnings.

By downloading, installing, or using the Kashmeeraa app from these platforms, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective app store, in addition to the terms outlined in this Terms of Service.
