Kashmeeraa Community Guidelines.At Kashmeeraa, our mission is to create a safe, honest, and positive shopping community where users can request free samples, share their genuine experiences, and upload review videos to help others make informed choices. We believe that trust and respect are the foundation of a meaningful shopping platform, and we want every user to feel welcome, valued, and protected while using our app. To achieve this, we have established clear guidelines that all users are expected to follow. These rules are designed not only to protect individuals but also to maintain the integrity and reliability of our community as a whole. Any violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary account suspension, or, in serious cases, permanent bans to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Be Respectful.
Kashmeeraa, we value a positive and supportive community. All users are expected to communicate with kindness and respect when sharing reviews, comments, or feedback. Harassment, bullying, offensive language, or hateful behavior is not allowed. By being respectful, you help make Kashmeeraa a safe and enjoyable place for everyone to explore, share, and shop.

• Do not insult, harass, or bully other users.
• Avoid offensive comments about race, religion, gender, sexuality, or nationality.
Share Honest Reviews.
Kashmeeraa is built on trust, and we encourage every user to share genuine experiences about the products they try. Your reviews and videos should be honest, accurate, and based on your real interactions with the product. Fake, misleading, or paid reviews that do not reflect true experiences are not allowed, as they harm the integrity of our community and mislead other shoppers.
• Reviews and videos must reflect your true personal experience with products.
• Do not exaggerate, mislead, or post fake reviews just to receive more samples.
• Example: If a skincare product didn’t suit you, you can say “It caused irritation on my skin”—but don’t falsely claim “It’s dangerous and causes serious disease” without proof.
• Paid or sponsored content must be disclosed clearly.
Safe & Appropriate Content.
Only post content suitable for a general audience.
Prohibited content includes.
• Nudity, pornography, or sexual material.
• Violent or gory content.
• Videos promoting self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior.
• Hate speech, threats, or abusive language.
• Example: You can upload a fun, positive product review video, but not one with offensive jokes or inappropriate gestures.
Respect Intellectual Property.
• Only upload original content you created yourself.
• Do not use copyrighted music, videos, or images unless you own the rights or have permission.
• If your video includes background music from a store, TV, or radio by mistake, and if reported by music owner Kashmeeraa may mute or remove it with out prior notice.
• Example: If you want to add music to your product review, use royalty-free or app-approved music.
No Misuse of Free Samples.
Free samples are for personal trial and honest review only.
Do not:
• Resell or trade free samples.
• Create multiple fake accounts to request extra samples.
• Mislead the app by giving fake shipping addresses.
• Example: If you receive a free shampoo sample, you must use it and review it honestly. You cannot sell it online or create fake accounts to get more bottles.
No Harmful or Illegal Activity.
• Do not use Kashmeeraa for scams, fraud, or illegal sales.
• Do not upload content that promotes drugs, weapons, counterfeit products, or gambling.
• Do not share malware, phishing links, or harmful files.
• Example: You may share a review of a skincare product, but you cannot post links to external fake websites asking users to “buy cheap branded items.”
Protect Privacy.
• Never share your private information (phone number, address, bank account, etc.) publicly.
• Respect the privacy of others, do not record or upload videos of other people without their permission.
• Example: If you’re reviewing a product at home, make sure no private family information (like addresses, IDs, or children) is visible in the background.
Reporting & Enforcement.
If you see content that breaks the rules, report it using the in-app “Report” option.
• Kashmeeraa will review reported content and take action, which may include:
• Removing the content.
• Warning the user.
• Temporarily suspending the account.
• Permanently banning the user.
• Users who repeatedly break rules will lose access to free samples and other features.
Build a Positive Community.
• Kashmeeraa is not just about products, it’s about helping each other make better shopping choices.
• Encourage others with constructive feedback instead of negativity.
• Celebrate diversity and creativity in reviews.
• Example: Instead of mocking someone’s video style, appreciate their effort and give helpful suggestions.
